About Shawn
Mr. Tibbitts has over 25 years of Management, Business Operations and Information Technology management and consulting experience. Mr. Tibbitts has worked closely with senior level executives and key stakeholders to help achieve their business and operational goals. Mr. Tibbitts has extensive experience helping companies implement the changes required to bring sustainable value. Mr. Tibbitts has been involved in a wide range of senior leadership assignments and consulting engagements covering business and IT strategies, business, assessments and enterprise transformation.
Mr. Tibbitts is an operational strategist and business systems integrator with significant experience leading large scale business and technology transformations. He works with organizations to develop the strategy, to build the roadmap, to evaluate the technology, to align the people and processes and to justify the investment in business transformation. Mr. Tibbitts has significant experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards for many global clients.
Mr. Tibbitts has held a variety of Senior Executive and Consulting Positions. Currently Mr. Tibbitts serves as President and CEO of Tegrous Consulting, a management and technology consultancy based in Arizona. Prior to founding Tegrous Consulting, Mr. Tibbitts served as a Director with BearingPoint Inc., in their global Commercial Services Group. Prior to joining BearingPoint in 2000, Mr. Tibbitts started Cogent Technology, a successful strategic consulting and ERP implementation consulting firm. Mr. Tibbitts served as CEO and over saw the firm’s strategic direction, its day to day operations and its sales force. Mr. Tibbitts was also actively involved in providing advisory consulting in the areas of business transformation and systems integration services. After selling that consulting company to BrightStar Information Technology Group, a public IT technology company, Mr. Tibbitts served as Managing Director and National Practice Manager for the Company’s ERP practices. Mr. Tibbitts started his professional career at Arthur Andersen LLP in their Business Systems and Operation Consulting Practice.
Mr.Tibbitts received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah and holds a Masters of Accountancy; Accounting Information Systems, from Arizona State University. Mr. Tibbitts also completed an Executive Leadership and Strategy program at Yale University’s School of Business . He and his wife live in Mesa, Arizona with their four children.

About Hong
Hong has been an SAP Business One Implementation Senior Consultant since 2003. She has been involved in over 30 Full cycle SAP Business One projects. Prior to her SAP experience, Hong excelled in several senior accounting and finance roles putting her in a great position to lead the SAP implementation process with any small or medium sized company.
She is very familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning, integration of supply chain management, logistic management, and material management, along with solid knowledge in finance and cost accounting. Hong is driven to add value in any business situation with proven results.
She has vast experience working in wholesale, retail, non-profit, and manufacturing industries. She is highly experienced at cost accounting, business planning, financial modeling analysis, operation management, process improvement, crystal report development, SQL server expertise, material management, logistic management, supply chain management, and business intelligence. She has worked closely with executive level professionals leveraging her business experiences to help take the pain points out of the implementation process ensuring SAP Business One is tailored to the customer’s requirement, leading to a successful implementation.
Besides SAP Business One, Hong’s certifications include: Digital Supply Chain – Design to Operations, Design-Led Approach for the Intelligent Enterprise, Digital Transformation Track, SAP Leonardo IoT for the Intelligent Enterprise, SAP Leonardo – An Introduction to Blockchain, and SAP Leonardo Machine Learning Foundation,etc.
Hong enjoys her daily Yoga routine as well as various other sports and workout activities.
About Lauren
L
auren has multiple years of consulting experience in addition to her extensive knowledge of SAP Business One. She began her career journey with SAP Business One while studying for her undergrad. During college, Lauren was chosen as a candidate to participate in SAP’s University Alliance Program. As a candidate, Lauren gained hands-on experience and training which prepared her for a career as a consultant.
Her favorite part of being a consultant is teaching new and existing customers how to use SAP. Whether they are brand-new to SAP or a seasoned veteran, Lauren enjoys showing clients the ins and outs of the system to help them run their business efficiently.
Lauren is certified in SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign and is also proficient in queries and crystal reports.
In her free time, Lauren likes to spend time with her family, play with her 2 dogs, cook and bake elaborate recipes, try new restaurants, and be the comedian of her family!
About Anthony
Anthony has been a consultant in the SAP Business One ecosystem for several years. During his time in college, he was a part of the SAP Business One program that his college offered which is what propelled him into his current functional consultant role. He also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science.
Throughout his consulting career, he has worked with a variety of clients whose operations ranged from manufacturing to service. His most fulfilling part of being a consultant is working with clients directly to find their pain points in order to construct a solution that works best for their business’ unique needs.
Anthony is certified in SAP Business One version 10.0 as well as SAP Field Service Management. Moreover, he has experience with modifying basic queries and crystal reports for SAP Business One.
When he is not consulting with clients, Anthony likes to spend time with his family and friends. In addition, he enjoys the outdoors, soccer, skiing, working out, and playing competitive games with his friends.
About Ryan
Ryan is a marketing and public relations professional with experience working in e-commerce and consumer services industries. Whether it’s social media marketing, SEO, or face-to-face interactions, Ryan prides himself in building lasting relationships to strengthen businesses and promote honest, open communication.
Ryan graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. He successfully spearheaded multiple public relations campaigns and worked as an editor for the BYU-Idaho Scroll Newspaper during his academic career. As a former content marketer, he honed his technical and persuasive writing to create landing page content, informative blogs, product pages, and professional press releases. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys adventuring in the outdoors, playing and watching hockey, following the NBA (and sports in general), traveling around the world, and finding the best pizza place wherever he visits.
